Definitely a must own for BMW and car lovers alike. Not sure if the Blu Ray version will ever make it to the US, as has been out for awhile now. Keep in mind the standard def is pretty good as you won't get the benefits of higher def when looking at all of the old footage. It would just be more for the modern footage and interviews.
Also, very interesting to see Albert Biermann literally jumping out of his seat with excitement talking about the Motorsport program....VERY different from the stilted interviews that he gave about the M4 (I called this out, everyone laughed at me and sure enough a couple months later he left for Hyundai). You can see in that movie how the Motorsport division and enthusiast production models were taken extremely seriously. I think it should be mandatory watching for all BMW employees to remind them what made the brand successful in the first place.
