I saw a Jerez black one on Hwy 30 about 5 months ago. All stock. Nothing since.
Haven't seen any modified or stock ones in Beaverton/Hillsboro and I am there every weekend.
Granted most of the time I am in the X5, but a few times I drove the E92 M3.
