how much incentive is given for the BMW apr at 0.9% ? I think it is $2000 right ?
the $3250 from penfed is good if you pay cash but if you finance, the APR right now is around 3.9%, over 60 month it is not a great deal compared to BMW low APR...
what do you guy think ?
