"AT THE PORT" (Bon Voyage)
My new X5 went from "DISPATCHED" to "AT THE PORT" in just 2 days. According to my CA, the car was scheduled to arrive at the VPC exactly 15 days after it changed to DISPATCHED. I was with the CA yesterday and he looked it up on his computer and sure enough it said, "ETA to VPC 01/29/2018". So though I read "AT THE PORT" meant it has arrived at the VPC, I'm thinking that's not exactly accurate, unless it took the train only 2 days to roll from Spartingburg to California.
The "Bon Voyage" comment leads me to think "AT THE PORT" means it's somewhere between Spartingburg and Oxnard.
