Not surprising at all. Its a less practical more coupe-styled suv, the people buying them tend to have more disposable income, less kids, or just want spend more of what they got. X5 is for toting the family to the ice rink

+1. No one buys the X6 in any variant for utility. Can't fit many soccer balls or groceries back there, nor even luggage. You buy it because you want a tall, unique coupe/sports car. So to compare % of which variant is bought, should be more similar to coupe sales than X5 sales.
