Early ground clearance information I provided by AIR had 8.7" and 8.3"

MY20-22
Ground clearance data for s/xDrive40i, 45e (2VR), M50i were normalized to 214mm or 8.4" for all suspension options: standard, 2VF, 2VR, 2VW (DHP)

All MY19-22 X5s xLine and M Sport models have the following off-road characteristics:

- Fording depth of 500m or 19.685" (2VR @Normal level, @High level +20mm = 20.472", @Offroad level +40mm = 21.263")
- Break over angle of 20.2º
- Angle of approach/departure of 25.2º / 22.3º

All model years X5s equipped with 2VR air suspension will have increase off-roading capabilities and fording depth:

- High level (0-27mph) +20mm / +0.787"
- Off-road level (0-18mph) +40mm / +1.578"

Based on this, is BMW saying that an xdrive 40i w/o the air suspension is only 8.3" of ground clearance, which is identical to the m50i, also sans air suspension?
And that both would be 8.7" only with the air suspension set up?

Because right now on the builds I don't think air suspension is even a possibility, unless you opt for 3rd row seating, which I don't need.
8.4" ground clearance for all models including 45e with air suspension @ Normal level.
