You need to activate this function in Idrive in the key and acces section. If you don't see the card as an option I guess it is not available.

Thank you for the feedback. The pop up I mention is at the time of configuring the key card with the vehicle (if that makes sense).
I do not have the card, I was going to buy one from one of the BMW Dealers on the web and have it shipped to me. I am assuming that my car should be compatible with the key card since it comes with comfort access as well as a wireless charger. Do you think that would be true?
