I went to a different dealer and placed the order the same day.
I still go to the first dealer for service tho. They have superb customer service. Maybe I'll meet that veteran racer SA someday and I can kindly point to him my 7 seater m sport.

Not to hijack this thread, but I remember when I was first looking to place the order for the 2020 model way back before it hit showrooms, and one dealer was adamant that I couldn't place the order because the online car configurator was for the 2019 model, despite me handing them the option codes off the 2020 ordering guide. You really are correct in how valuable forums like these are, especially when we can't rely on dealers giving accurate information.
