Hi everyone, I was washing my G05 today and I noticed that there was some damage to the splash guard directly behind the bumper and directly below the intercooler. The damage is a crack about the length of the pointer finger. I'm not sure what might've caused it, maybe a flying object in the highway or me parking front-in and hitting a parking curb.
I found out that it'll cost about $300 to replace it after a quick phone call to the service department. Is it worth replacing the part ASAP? Are there any other layers behind the splash guard that may protect the engine?
