As it currently stands, the car doesn't meet the 35 electric range minimum. BMW estimated range is 30 miles but we have members on this forum that has reported close to a 40 mile range. But even if BMW resubmits to meet the minimum mileage requirements, the car's starting MSRP is higher than 60k so the car still won't qualify.
