I would guess that you will have a better regeneration from letting the car roll instead of keep going and break hard for a short time.
Just to say, I think driving style together with the kind of roads you use daily have a big influence.

That is almost the same as in previous post: +41%
With what you describe, it could be that the battery indication is just flawed.
Haven't done it yet but I should just run on batteries until they say no more.
Since I have the 45e my driving style is driven by the self-driving mode and so it is very relaxed...
