I am in exactly the same boat. 2019 X3 m40i, Vroom offered $48K (it only has 15K miles), and pretty heavily optioned. Not a hassle at all, it was a very easy process. Just ordered X5, and came quite a bit ahead on equity vs. the lease buyout.

very heavily optioned in 2019 (laser lights, massaging seats, driver assistance plus, etc.). It only has 5700 miles on it. Yea, I don't drive it enough. In any case, the dealer lowballed me a $47k purchase price. However, CarMax and True Car offers are at or over $50,000. The thought of using one of those services seems like a hassle. I'm pretty confident the dealership is treating my car as a base model. While I know most of the options depreciate heavily, the very same dealership has a 2019 listed for sale at $56,000, and it has half the options and four times the mileage. Should I push the dealership on this? It seems absurd that they'd lowball me, especially since I'm looking to lease a $100k vehicle from them.

Thanks all!!!
