Did you also add in a poly exhaust hanger/bracket too? Is the black paint on the bumper exhaust inside area fading anywhere?

These have worked out great. They are a snug fit so don't move around at all. There is another thread on these here:
https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1885392. I haven't seen any negative comments on them so far. I can't attest to longevity but so far so good. The price really makes them disposable so if they start rusting in a couple of years they just pull off and will push on some new ones.
They only add about a 1/2" to the diameter of the exhaust so no changes to the hangers are required. Plenty of room left for movement.
