It depends on what production slot they have available. Four weeks in Maryland would seem to be entirely possible. My dealer said that they got a car recently in about that amount of time in California . That was shockingly fast and production started almost immediately after they configured the car for the client. My order however probably wont start for 4 weeks from when I ordered it. Add the build time and 9 days on the train to California and several more to my dealer I am guessing my best shot is about 6 weeks. Ask what build week they have allocated for the car you're proposing to order.
