My 330D did this and I had to buy felt tape and line the door wells. The rubber is hard but grippy. So when the car flexes, the rubber flexes to a point then makes a noise as it breaks contact with the metal.

I have not personally, but when I first took the vehicle in that was what they thought it might be. So I was under the impression they looked into that. To me, it does not seem like the rubber seal would make the sound I'm hearing. It's a "tinny" metal on metal sound. I will investigate further what you are telling me. Thanks |
