Yes - the lowest position (-40mm) is only accessible when parked - to make loading & unloading easier. When you drive, it will raise back to its normal position (call it 0mm), or if you put it in sport its -20mm.
You can also push the lever to have the suspension at -20mm in comfort mode if you like. If you do this, it will stay at -20mm when parked and stay there when you drive away again in comfort mode.
If I haven't lowered it to -40mm when parking, then mine is usually found at the -20mm setting most of the time.
