It was the office lady who said this….I have a feeling she just didn't explain it right. They work on lots of Ferraris and Lambos and have rave reviews…so I doubt they are doing anything abnormal.
My normal place is one where I have to take the wheels to them off the car and I don't want to do that this time. I want a place that will remove, powdercoat, remount and balance….it's a lot easier.

Ya you can't always trust the front desk ladies. I had one a few years ago from a tint place argue with me over there being ceramic in tint. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
