Run flats only get unrepairable after you drive on them with no preassure. If you stop immediately when flat or have a slow leak- there is no damage to carcass.

I'm getting it repaired while I wait on the new tire. Generally speaking you should not repair Z or Y rated tires. Here's how it was this morning
