His rear wing didn't passed the FIA regulations and is rejected . Disapproved !
HAM's rear wing is NOT according the FIA regulations !
As for the FIA regulations , in normal circumstances HAM the LIAR will get a grid penalty !
Probably a grid penalty will follow for the LIAR in the sprint race and in the race as well ...

I'm observing the situation with 44 car, Merc have been summonsed about now our time to see the stewards about it.
As far as Max is concerned no wonder he was slower in Q with that faulty rear wing, looks like a replacement then or repair, they have plenty of time.
