Understand of the decade. Ferrari need an overhaul. Change every management person. Keep the executives out of it (something that Todt achieved). Set your targets correctly (you're the richest team and all you were able to manage during a full year of development was add more drag to SF90 and renamed it SF1000?). Then maybe your talented drivers can win a championship.
