Thanks, I got that screen shot from the internet. I don't have that screen. I was posting that showing what I don't have.
I am thinking it's either a hard reset of iDrive or some configuration of the module. I hope they don't have to order parts.
I have tried factory resets. Off to service I go.

Try update the app by go to the app then click option then update
