3/32nds (which I assume is level 3) is pretty much at the tread bar. This is when you'd want to seriously consider replacing your tires. Their performance in the rain will be compromised. You're 4-5-4 tires probably have a few thousand miles left, so it's matter of convenience at that point. Replace all 4 now and save yourself a trip back to the dealer in a few months, or spread them out.
