Yes, those Micheline Pilot Sport tires are awesome. I also considered Pirelli Scorpion Verde AS tires, but changed my mind after reading many unhappy reviews. Went to the Tire Discount and tried to purchase the Micheline Pilot Sport tires, but their manger did not approve the sale. He said that the tires won't fit, also the car computer will throw a/some codes down the road. I brought it up to his attention that the iDrive gives me an option to choose when up-sizing the tires, he then from above his glasses looked at me and said "No".
The reason I went with the current tires was that I found good deals on Ebay and Amazon. I personally like Micheline tires more than any other tire brand. For the past 27 years, never had any BMW, and never had any RFT. I will do my best to avoid any RFT in the future.
