The side windows I think are worth it, since you get the beading and it makes it easier. The windshield, it beads, but I had trouble when the blades were going. A new set didn’t fix it either. I don’t think these windshields last long, as they seem prone to chips and pitting easier than previous vehicles...definitely not going to get it coated next time.
Try cleaning the wiper blade. Spray window cleaner on a section of paper towel and then clean along the rubber blade edge. I don’t use cloth towels as they’ll be filthy.

If not an improvement I suggest you try claying the window.
