It is interesting you mentioned that since my brother and I were just talking about it. He was reviewing his paperwork and even though the description of the sales tax lines says it is based on the selling price, the tax amount shown is calculated on the selling price minus the rebate. Not sure if maybe PA yes it that way or they just screwed up.
