A couple of my detailers use it and they both like it. Here's a video one of them posted.
They say its hard to fill the chip, but it makes it less noticeable by painting the chip to match the rest of the paint. You can in principle layer it through multiple applications to make the chip flatter too.
Langka makes a different kit which actually fills the chip but I don't know anyone who has used it. You might find some reviews online.
