Demand is sky high for the x5, bmw is taking more profit. As you may know the lease residuals do not tie and really are not mapped to actual residual value, bmw inflates them to incentivize leases and get consumers onto the new every 3 flywheel. |
Is demand relatively high or production relatively low? I ended up with 7% off sticker so not that sky high I guess, especially with very low base MF 🤷
