The only overheating issue that stands out was from the Audi forums. And another was from a guy (on this forum) that, IIRC, got an overheating issue because the factory left it in Transport/Transit Mode.
Other than those I don't think there were any other issues. Vishnu's current posts confirm that the ECU update reduced power slightly but nothing too noticeable, though I don't think this qualifies as a first-year model issue to be worried about.
