The Connected App will sometimes show my doors as unlocked when they are not too, but only for a short time after I lock the car myself. Sometimes it takes a while for the Connected app to sync up with the car.
The Connected app doesn't connect with the car itself, it connects with the BMW servers, where ever they are
, which connects with the car. So sometimes there is a bit of a delay between the state the car is in and the state the app is in.
