Recently was in discussions about one located in Austin. Not certified, sold as used service loaner with less than 5k miles.
Listed at 20% discount off original MSRP but that included all incentives which the dealer was showing on rebates on the quote.
They were not motivated at all to move on pricing to the point the salesperson was picking and choosing which questions to answer via email. Seemed to make sense just to buy new.
