So I looked up the schedule between Charleston and Zeebrugge using their site:
https://www.2wglobal.com/webapps?min...ScheduleRWD%2F

Found that the first transport from Charleston after 26th September was on 4th October.
Various blogs claim that the car can be on a boat in as little as 2 days after production.

On 6th October I asked my sales rep for an update. And sure enough my order was in status code 165. (= at sea/water).

So I'm pretty sure mine is on this vehicle carrier called Taipan:
https://www.vesselfinder.com/vessels...MMSI-308921000

Ship is expected in Bremerhaven on 15th October and in Zeebrugge on 23th October.
(you can see all stops of the trip using the Wallenius Willhelmsen website, click the vessel number for details and then 'time-line')

I have no idea how long it takes for a car to get from Zeebrugge to the BMW dealership.

Hope it helps some (Belgian) readers.

update :
a day after this post a new vessel was added.
Left on 8th October and arriving in Zeebrugge also at 23 October (25th Bremerhaven)

It will be a busy day in Zeebrugge. :-)
@wout, the Taipan is stopped since last night ….
