So my CarPlay subscription expired 11/1. I was not able to renew online and waited until this morning to call to renew. They told me they are unable to renew my subscription and have to open a ticket to fix the problem and it can take up to 30 days. I hate to say it but it’s incompetence and it’s starting to get to me.
