BMWNA stopped providing X3 assembly production line videos of owner vehicles a couple of years ago. I'm not aware of any option where you can request a video or image capture of your ordered vehicle.
The Spartanburg plant is secured and employee personal mobile devices are strictly prohibited on the factory floor, including PDC visitors taking factory tours.
I know this isn't the answer you're hoping for but you can contact BMW Genius 844-443-6487.
