Where can I buy the Downpipes and how difficult is the install?

Also, where did you buy the lowering springs and how is the ride quality? I have 20" wheels so really need the car dropped!
I have H&R spring and KW V3 in stock.
Downpipe, I would go with Evolution Racewerks or RushPlux.
How low can you go with the springs that you have and do either of the downpipes you mentioned guarantee a no CEL?
