Exhausts will connect to the downpipe - they are separate pieces.
Exhausts will usually do nothing for performance, mainly just sound. |
Yup and I care more about the sound but maybe a combination of a downpipe with a Perf exhaust down the line may be a great idea too!
Having said that, what gains are you seeing and did you notice the car getting louder? Any drone in the cabin? Do you think a stage one or similar engine enhancement chip is also needed along with the downpipe to get a true feel of the increase in the power when the turbo kicks in?
