Removed those rings in the rear today. None of the photos of the BMW M2 MPerformance suspension shows them in the kit. Mine is a PE so I suspect this was port installed, and since it was a BMW function and for some unknown reason, the only adjustability would be to raise the ride height. So I yanked the rear springs figuring i would loosen the set screw and remove the spacers. Again for some unknown reason they used tamper proof set screws, with no opening to insert any kind of tool. I used a cutting wheel on a Dremel and made a slot, and easily loosened the tamper proof set screw. Did the rears first as figure they would be the most challenging. So that's the low down, (no pun intended).
