I almost made this move (a Giulia following my M235i lease ending) but I'm glad I decided against it and ordered an M340i.
A buddy has a 4C and whenever he takes his car in for service it's backed up behind dozens of problematic Giulias.
They do have solid driving dynamics and can be had for a deal, but it doesn't take many issues for the "savings" to not be worth it because of the amount of time consumed for repairs.
