Well I once tried to go the same route you did, and when I made comments about my experience....I received some "please, can you not be so negative." pms. So now I just avoid commenting on that particular place. But let me just tell you...I went in for a simple oil change outside of warranty and they wanted to charge me >$350. Whatever, I go to New Century now. That is all I am going to say about that.
