Yes, 494 Heated front seats is standard on all X5s.
Yes, if you order 456 Multi-contour seats:
1. As an option
2. Or as part of with VA extended Merino leather option
3. Or ZLS Luxury seating package
Heated seats is still standard.
If you order ZLS Luxury seating, you are upgrading the 456 Multi-contour seating to ventilated and massaging. Yes heated seats are still standard.
Why would you need to order heated rear seats if you don't want it? Unless you're looking at individual options 4HA Heated front?rear seats and 4HB Heated front armrest and steering wheel, which states that either one of these packages will deleted standard equipment 494 Heated front seats. I'll give you that those are confusing.
Reading between the lines, I'm going to guess that you're trying to decide between 456 and ZLC but also you want 4HB and not 4HA. Any of those combinations, you'll still have heated front seats.
TLDR; Heated from seats is standard.
