The part number in this first post show specific part numbers that are used on the 50i/M50i. We have confirmation that the ARM fits the 2019-2020 50i which shares its downpipes per the original post with the M50i.
I am not arguing differences as you noted above, just what we know to this point. We have members running the ARM downpipes on 2019+ 50i and shops confirming they have installed them on M50i.
EDIT: It also looks like you are quoting the same part number.
