I came across this work out and I thought it looks easy but it kicked my but! I thought I was fit but it left me dripping sweat and sore for days.
I did my first round at 25lbs but found it easy.
I did the 2nd and 3rd round using 40lbs. The squats left me begging for mercy.
Curious to see what you guys think about it.
I rested 3 min between rounds instead of 2 minutes but I definitely like it. Great all body work out
