This has happened to me once, after I visited a car wash and accidentally left the sunroof open (on tilt only).
Only a little water got in, but it did start dripping inside from the microphone
exactly like your pic.
The dripping lasted only 5-10 mins, after which everything dried up. No problems or permanent damage, and the mic and sunroof functions normally.
