PM incoming. Yes and no on the Check engine light.
Without a Tune, you will get a Check engine light, but there is no way you should be running Catless downpipes without a Tune, and 99% of tunes eliminate Check engine lights. It's not going to help you with Emissions but your car will pass if they just do an OBD2 Check.

Wasabi, PM Incoming but yes it will fit. The F06 RHD 640i Gran Coupe uses the same OEM Part number as the F12 LHD 640i Vert/Coupe.
