It's a shame that BMW now is still hiding behind dealers and pretending this drama never happened.
But think in another way, you do have a chance to cancel and reorder because your car is still in transit.
For those who have accepted their touchless cars, I hope they never know the touchscreen is back.

Like, can I refuse the touchscreen credit and demand they just fix it? It's clearly possible to be fixed, and it doesn't seem that bad.
