BMW can leave information out in advertising and not be culpable like they do with these build sheets but as soon as they highlight and designate, they have made a clear classification of intent of design. That is another matter as they purposely went out of their way to clarify this M designation and give a brief description of what “M division” includes and what vehicles fall under this classification of “M”. BMW also further clarifies this by segregating each group of cars into 3 classifications with the corresponding vehicles in their respective grouping. (Core Models, Electrified, and BMW M). That was the nail in the contract.
