As I said in a previous post about Alcantara headliner, seems like some cost cutting measures going on a lot BMW, whether minor changes or big ones, it all appears to be some cost cutting. Not sure how much they save by getting rid of the volume knob in glass, but it's the little things that make big difference in the luxury class. Wouldn't be a deal breaker for me, but slightly disappointing none the less.
