For the US built cars this is not correct, only EU factories are closed.
No news on Spartanburg but I guess they are still running.

That's really interesting. At the very least, it means their local component inventory warehousing is pretty deep. If that's the case, is that a recent situation or has always been the approach? And if always, why then the massive pre-virus retrofit repair parts delays? Hm.
