So just as an update folks, booked a dealership visit and left the car for 2 weeks, and it still didn't do the update, so when I went to the dealers, they said they just updated it to the latest and charged me a token amount for the effort (wasn't much).
Ended up with
03/2024.25 which wasn't really what I was after (just allowing the 11/2023.50 to work was the goal) but there you go.
