For those looking to do a special delivery like a PCD, keep in mind you can also add a PCD to a Euro Delivery, and get the best of both worlds. We did that last year with our 5 series. Once your vehicle comes back from Europe, BMW trucks it down to SC from NJ and you meet it there. One caveat - it only applies to vehicles made in Europe, so would not work for X3/4/5/6/7.
