OEM sets will likely have a better chance of clearing the calipers since they're OEM. if u have M Sport calipers, still double-check fit with various sources if u can. there have been a few examples of 19" wheels clearing M Sport calipers, but it is very close, so that's why the recommended minimum size w/M Sport is 20".

Are there diff caliper types for x5m- seems like the only oem non run flat options are 748ms
